Place Reed Diffuser vase on a stable surface that is not wood, lacquered, polished, or painted. Pour Refill into Diffuser vase and insert, then carefully remove and flip reeds to allow other end to become saturated.

Returns: Because we understand that not every purchase is exactly right, we've made returns easy. Complete the return form included with your package and request a return label from us (or use a carrier of your choice). Items can also be returned in person at our store. All items sold in a set must be returned as ordered i.e. the complete set. Items in set are not available individually at the promotional price. You must return the complete set for a full refund. If you choose to keep an item from the set, your refund will be reduced by the full posted price of that item (not the promotional discount).
