Q: WHAT IS THE HIP LOYALTY CLUB PROGRAM?
A: The HIP LOYALTY CLUB rewards you for shopping with us online. Every 2,000 points gets you $20 in HIP REWARDS to shop with us online.
  • Q: WHERE CAN I EARN HIP PERK POINTS?
    A: You earn points on merchandise you buy and don’t return on HANDINPOCKET.com. Points will be applied to your account 30 days from the date that your order ships. Taxes, fees, services (including shipping, gift wrap), gift certificates, and the coupon amount applied to a purchase do not qualify for points.
  • Q: CAN I USE HIP PERK POINTS FOR IN STORE PURCHASES?
    A: No, points your earn through participation in our HIP LOYALTY CLUB PROGRAM can only be used online at HANDINPOKET.COM
  • Q: WHAT DO I GET WITH MY HIP PERK POINTS?
    A: Once you earn 2,000 points, you can redeem your points for $20 in HIP PERK POINTS to shop on HANDINPOCKET.COM.
  • Q: DO HIP PERK POINTS POINTS EXPIRE?
    A: Points will not expire.
  • Q: HOW DO I USE MY AVAILABLE HIP PERK POINTS?
    A:To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into your account on our site, then click on the launcher to open the rewards panel.

    Next, click on All rewards. If you don't have enough points to redeem, you will see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name

    • Q: When will I get points for my birthday reward?
      A:You will receive 500 HIP PERK POINTS from us to spend at HANDINPOCKET.COM, happy birthday to you! Your birth date must be entered into the system more than 30 days before you birthday in order for you to be able to receive a reward for that year
  • Q: WHY DIDN'T I EARN HIP PERK POINTS ON MY PURCHASE?
    A: There are several reasons you might not have earned points on a purchase. The most common reasons are:
    You checked out as a guest. Make sure you log in before checking out so we can apply points to your account.
    You returned your purchase. Please note that you will only receive points for items you purchase and do not return. Points are pending until 30 days after purchase.
  • Q: WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS WHEN I RETURN ITEMS?
    A: All points earned from the item, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your account. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.
  • Q: CAN I TRANSFER MY POINTS?
    A: No. Points are earned on purchases you've made while logged into your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Your membership can only be associated with one HAND IN POCKET account. Points earned on multiple accounts will not be combined.
  • Q: IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO LOSE ACCESS TO THE POINTS AND BENEFITS I'VE EARNED?
    A: Benefits including HIP PERK POINTS will expire if we end the HIP LOYALTY CLUB. We reserve the right to disqualify any person from participating, or cancel your participation in the HIP LOYALTY CLUB if we believe you are manipulating the program, making excessive returns, engaged in fraud, abuse of rewards privileges or other conduct inconsistent with the program’s intent, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. If your account is cancelled or you opt out of the Loyalty Club, you forfeit any unused HIP REWARDS as well as all HIP PERK POINTS that have not been redeemed.
  • Q: Can I use a discount code with my HIP PERK POINTS?
    A: No, you are unable to combine any discount codes with HIP PERK POINTS at this time.
